Can I update my payment method after placing an order?

Hi, I just placed an order but realized I used the wrong credit card. Is there a way to update the payment method without cancelling my order?

Hi Linda,

Thanks for reaching out! For security reasons, we’re unable to change the payment method once an order has been placed.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, the best option is to cancel the order from your account and place a new one with the correct card. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return and refund if needed.
