If you received your order but something is missing, don’t worry — here’s what to do:

  1. Check the package carefully – Sometimes smaller items are packed separately or tucked inside pockets/liners.

  2. Review your order confirmation – Make sure the missing item was included in the same order and not shipped separately.

  3. Check your email – Some items may arrive in multiple shipments. If so, you’ll have a separate tracking link for the remaining items.

  4. Contact our Support Team – If the item is confirmed missing, reach out with your order number and the name of the missing item.

Our team will investigate and either ship the missing item or issue a refund right away.
