My return was delivered but I haven’t received my refund yet? How should I proceed?

Once your return is marked as delivered, our team verifies the item before processing the refund. This usually takes 3–5 business days.

If it’s been longer than that, please share your order number and return tracking ID so we can look into it right away. Rest assured, if your return has been received, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

By default, refunds go back to your original payment method. If you’d prefer store credit, let me know and I can arrange that for you.
Regarding your query about the refund process, I completely understand how important it is. While we can’t fast-track the banking timelines, I’ll make sure your refund is prioritised internally so it’s processed as soon as possible.
