What to Do if Your Package is Delayed or Missing

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check Tracking – Look for updates such as “In Transit” or “Delivery Attempted.”

  2. Verify Address – Log into your account and make sure your shipping details are correct.

  3. Contact the Carrier – Sometimes the fastest way to resolve a delay is to speak directly with the delivery company.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, contact us with your order number. We’ll open an investigation and, once confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund.


Timeframes:

  • Domestic investigations: 3–5 business days.

  • International investigations: 5–10 business days.
