Changing Your Shipping Address After Purchase

Before Shipment:

  • Log into your account, go to My Orders, and select Edit Shipping Address.

  • Or contact customer support immediately so we can make the change before it’s processed.


After Shipment:

  • You may be able to request an address change or delivery intercept with the carrier (fees may apply).

  • If the address change isn’t possible, the package will either be delivered to the original address or returned to us. Once returned, we can reship it to the correct address.


Prevent Issues:
Always double-check your address during checkout, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delivery problems.
