How to Return an Item and Request a Refund

We want your shopping experience to be stress-free. If something isn’t right, returning it is simple.

Eligibility:

• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Final Sale items can’t be returned.

How to Return:

1. Log in → My Orders → select your item.
2. Click Request Return and print your prepaid label.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.

Shipping: Free return shipping within India when using our label.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
